How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied after completing your first 3 assignments, you can request a full refund. We do ask that the assignments be completed and that you communicate by your second assignment that you feel things are not yet working well so we have an opportunity to fix it. 


There is a lot of work involved with getting started and set up. Our goal is to provide a lot of value. Sometimes it takes a little bit of back and forth to get a nice flowing going. Just know that each week we will check-in and discuss adjustments that can be made to make the experience better.


If you are not feeling satisfied after that, we have no problem doing a refund! 


How do I message my primary coach?

Method 1: Direct Message

Go to messages, and choose the name of this course as the recipient and your primary coach will get the message. This is the only way to message when in the mobile app.

Method 2: Course Message

While on a course page, click the menu item in the upper right that says Info > Send Message to Instructor. This is great when you have a question on the content of that unit, since it will show up in the message as being sent from that page.

Method 3: Email

You can also email your primary coach by sending them an email. Your coach's email is in the "Coaching Program Details" unit.

Method 4: Email Head Quarters

If you are having trouble reaching your primary coach, you can send an email to [email protected].

Below, we are going to refer to "send a direct message" a lot. We are referring to these options above. 

How do I cancel or change my personal coaching subscription?

Send us a direct message, requesting to cancel your subscription. You can also email [email protected]. Please provide your full name and account email. 

What if I miss the weekly assignment deadline?

Your primary coach works on the coaching day noted in your program's details. If you don't make the deadline, we can't guarantee there will be time for your coach to respond, but we do our best to find the time. In the worst-case scenario, you would just get a response on the next coaching day. 

If you know you are going to be a day late, please send us a direct message one day before the deadline, so we can possibly plan for it.

What if I need a week off or can't finish my assignment?

You can take a week off anytime you like. Send us a message if you know ahead of time, otherwise, we assume that when you do not submit your assignment, you are taking the week off.

Can I pause my subscription?

We can pause your subscription for up to 2 weeks for no additional charge. We can do this up to 3 times per year. 

What if I need a longer break, but don't want to lose my spot in the coaching program?

You can do a long-term hold, and reserve your spot with your coach by dropping down to 50% billing. This will allow you to maintain your spot, as well as access to your customized course, and unlimited access to the catalog.

Is space in the coaching program limited?

Yes, there is a waiting list and when a spot opens up, we offer it to the next person on the waiting list.

Can I access my course if I cancel my coaching subscription?

Yes. Your customized course is considered Rhythm Juice content, only accessible to you and your coach. If you cancel your coaching subscription, you can still access your coaching program with a basic Rhythm Juice subscription. If you cancel your Rhythm Juice membership altogether, then you will not be able to access your Coaching Program's Data. 

Do you delete the content of my customized course when I cancel my Rhythm Juice membership?

No. Your account and the course will just become inactive. If you sign up again in the future, we can reactivate it. Just send us a direct message if you don't see the course automatically show up.
